WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT: WATER SOFTENER AND REVERSE OSMOSIS

The water softener consists of a tank containing 200 litres of resins, with a volumetric regeneration system and sediment filter.

The water softener produces approximately 4,200 litres of water per hour, depending on the model.

THE TREATMENT INCLUDES
  • Pre-filtering with activated carbon/polyphosphate filter.
  • Treated water tank.
  • Reverse osmosis equipment
  • Boost pump
  • All the mechanical and electrical elements needed for the activation and working of the station: volumetric pumps, centrifuge pump, etc.

COOLING SYSTEMS

VARIOUS MATACHANA COOLING SYSTEMS:

– S/C1 water chiller for cooling water from the vacuum from one or more steam sterilizers installed on line.

Model defined as per type and number of sterilizers SC500 and/or S1000 to be connected. 

– S/C2 condensate cooling system in the exchanger during devaporization.

Model defined as per type and number of sterilizers S2000 to be connected.

COMPRISES:
  • Aero-water cooler.
  • Water storage tank.
  • Centrifugal pump. 

Recommended especially for sterilizers 2000 RBE and Industry.
